Mittleman Jewish Community Center (6651 SW Capitol Highway)
Join Jews Next Dor and hundreds of other Jews in Portland to gather for Good Deeds Day on April 17th! There are two projects that the young adult community have chosen collectively to attend: Portland Jewish Response Group to decorate mani/pedi bags for survivors of child sex trafficking, and the NE Portland Backpack Lunch Program/PJA to pack sack lunches and write notes of encouragement for hungry schoolchildren. The Moishe House and Members of the Tribe (MOT) communities will be joining us there. (You can certainly also attend any or all of the other projects if you choose!)
The two options above are the last ones listed on the registration page. Please register before April 7th. We're looking forward to mingling and volunteering with the entire Portland Jewish community! You can find out more on the Facebook Event Page.
Looking to attend a Passover Seder? Here are some community options for first and second nights. If you're looking for a smaller Seder to attend, or if you're hosting a Seder and would like to invite JND members, you can also post to the JND Facebook page to connect!
